Hi Darcy, I am going well taking a short break away. I am fortunate to have a caravan and travelling within my own state is good for mental health.

for dinner tonight we had scrambled eggs on toast , the eggs got frozen in the fridge and cracked
so I defrosted them and cooked them tonight

My Yoga Centre has already been Gone (closed) for the past 4 weeks.

This afternoon they had a "Farewell Thanks Everyone Event" there - before the Lease Expires.

I'm full of Very Yummy Curried Egg Sandwiches (& Tuna Sandwiches) - So I don't think I need any Dinner (now).

You know those "Fruit on a Stick" (Skewered Fruit Pieces) Thingies? @Shaz51 @Former-Member

Well I Pulled one of those Skewered Fruit Sticks out of the Orange (that it was stuck in).

Then the entire lot (the Orange & Fruit Sticks) - all fell sideways Bang onto the table.

In the middle of the "Thank You (Farewell) Speeches".

Oh what Good Timing (I think I went Red in the Face) with embarrassment....

Well I'm finally ready for bed, physically but perhaps not mentally. As I mentioned earlier I am feeling a little more anxious tonight. Most of my stress relates to youngest son. He has undiagnosed mental health issues and self medicates rather than seek any help. I'm sure there are many other mums out there going through a similar experience. My son has asked to move back home and after 2 weeks I'm on tenterhooks already. Its his birthday today 24, but he didn't come home, we will celebrate at the end of the week. I am on the verge og seekingbsome counselling, trying to encourage my husband to join me .
