Hi @Anastasia. 🙂 I've got a 4pm coffee curfew too, but often I'll play it cautious with anything after 3pm.

So @Determined, have you got the makings on hand for really nice hot chocs? 😛 Enhancements like nutmeg... peppermint flavouring... honey... dropping a square or two of real chocolate in with the powder to make it richer...

@Smc I have grown a liking to white Hot chock, Hot chock with mint and licorice tea.

While I like honey it has a negative impact on emotional regulation so I try and avoid that lol.

And too much licorice tea gives me aches so easy does it. (I really am a problem.child with sensitivities lol).

Cool idea @Faith-and-Hope I used to have trouble sleeping and would have loved company or someone to talk to in the early days. I ended up getting an early morning (3am) delivery job which I have been doing for 10 years now. That has been excellent therapy. Clear the head in the fresh night air. There is something beautiful about the night sky or the moon shimmering on the water. In saying that this morning was thick fog. Lol

Yikes @Anastasia you might needs little something to go with your coffee, perhaps a chocolate truffle or two.
