Slowly working through the notifications from the past few days. 🙂

@Former-Member, I didn't see the concert, but am guessing I wouldn't know a fair few of them. I expected I'd get a crash-course catch up on pop music when our kids reached their teenage years, but then the oldest two weren't interested in the pop charts, and the next one along only maginally so... so finally with our youngest I'm getting a bit of a re-introduction! 😛 Some I like, some aren't to my tastes. But then I could have said exactly the same about the hit music from when I was 15.

My back neighbour just brought me some Pumpkin soup (with seafood) that she made.

It was Soo nice....

Plus it helped to partly unblock my sinuses, which were very blocked (hayfever/allergy) today.

Up most of the night with S3 and have woken to a cold wet miserable morning with the storm birds singing outside.

Feels like winter. I don't much like winter 😴

*no complaints about the rain. Just the cold dark gloomy wintertime feeling.

Not looking forward to winter.

At least it is not snowing. I saw a report somewhere that it was snowing somewhere in Tasmania. Or perhaps.I was just dreaming about that. 🥶

Oh yeah ... a cuppa! Its time for a morning cuppa, so I will just run and put the jug on ready to make a big pot of tea.

Might have it out on the back deck overlooking my fish pond. My surveilance to see what is eating my water lily leaves.

Feeling really helpless today in my caring capacity. Hubby not well .. again ... as he transitions from another medication. Nothing seems to help, and they just keep experimenting. And all the time he gets more and more depressed and more and more angry. My Dad also is not doing so well ... feeling his vulnerability at home after a few falls and talking about needing to go into care. My brother has had some health issues requiring day surgery on Monday. Plus his bloods are showing some issue with his white blood cells and they are trying to get him in to see a haemotologist urgently. Gosh the last specialist my Mum saw before she died last July, was a haemotologist. Does not bring any good memories in that regard. I really hope he's okay. But being so far away its really hard sitting on the sidelines and being unable to do anything to help in any way.
