Our with a couple of my girls tonight @outlander .... they are busy at the mo.

Yeah, going okay, thanks for asking. There is a lot I could be getting stressed about, but I have larked it all up to be in the moment. And I am telling myself that I can only worry about one thing at a time when I do, and make that one thing my focus, and get it done ✅

That sounds like a wise approach indeed. Baby steps, thats all i can manage too. We are only human after all @Faith-and-Hope

I slept better than usual too. It helped that it's not a schoolday. Younger Daughter catches a bus, and is not "independently motivated" about getting out of bed. Bus leaves 7:45-ish, so our usual alarm goes off about 6:45-ish... We still set the alarm for 8:00 this morning, but that's a relative sleep in. I got restless around our usual wake up time (body clock alarm I guess) but had slept soundly up until then. None of my usual wakeful patches. Yay.
