Rainbow lorikeets are not doing too well in Qld. Getting sick and paralysed.

Had to get a second photo taken of the bathroom - denture sitting in glass of water on sink .. yikes!!

Had not heard about the lorikeets ... is quite upsetting.

@Former-Member, it was almost two weeks. They were busy with a fair backlog of work when we left it there, and they had trouble sourcing the faulty part. Usually we don't have too much trouble getting bits and pieces, but with a classic car it's always a possible.

@Appleblossom, does anyone know what's wrong with the Rainbow Lorikeets? That doesn't sound good. 😞

@Former-Member, could be worse. Try looking up "real estate photo fails" for a few laughs. I found one where, for some unknown reason, there was an upright piano in the bathroom, opposite the toilet. ???

I recall seeing a house listed once @Smc where someone was asleep in bed in a dreadfully messy room. Our place is average enough as it is ...

We could gladly send you thousands of very healthy Rainbow Lorikeets from here (WA).

They are a feral pest here - were never naturally on the West coast of Australia.

Someone introduced them here, several decades ago.

We have a native Collared Lorikeet much further up north (not here), & that looks different.
