Hot Chocolate Anyone ?

Dear @Faith-and-Hope I used to play wing attack or wing defense sometimes ... can I teel you what happened .. its bizzare. The son's gf has been competitive with me on many levels .. and said she wanted to join that choir when I was in it. She went there 2 weeks ago and because they are deperate they let the newbies all in without audition ... then yesterday she had my son rehearsing her part. i had not told either of them about the extent of the clash .. just told son a bit about the section leader saying that she wondered how much of a fee rise I could absorb ... he agreed it was bad taste. That comment was at the end of a year of similar stuff. I sent an email saying that now my family and home have been involved in their next concert and that I would like to sing the piece that I already know ..

It is the one with 2 current professionals in major health & care organisations (not to be named of course)who are socialising there .. but also in positions of authority as is their like. We will see if they respond .. I had the thought of going to concert and singing a penetrating note in a quiet moment .. wicked wicked me for norty thort.

I needed to hear that cos I know it can be accumulative .... and there are lots of us on the go here at times ....

Think that's a bit what happened with the eth thing a while back, so please try not to take that personally .... we all sorta jumped into discussion at a time when she had just ventured out with a thought and associated feelings and just got a bit too overwhelmed ... and it can be hard to work it all back down to a comfort level for everyone ....

I would like to think that sharing the road helps you to heal in exactly the way you have described it to me ..... honoured to have met you and be sharing this journey ...

Big hugs @Appleblossom 💕 I am lucky the girls in this dance piece been great and we all take constructive feedback well. The key as well been not only to point out mistakes but give good feedback what someone is doing well. A warm fuzzy note as the dance teachers call it 🙂 Concert is in a week and half nervousssss!!!!!

@Faith-and-Hope - definitely taking a rest day. Rest for brain not so much body as been on move haha. But resting the brain is important since that is the part that keeps me awake at night! Dinner is gonna be interesting. Hopefully I be eating the food and not that my food be eating my face (if you get what I mean 😅)
