Hot Chocolate Anyone ?

I put it in the freezer which it ended up going from brown to very pale chocolate

@Adge what meals do you teach your clients to cook?

Mr Darcy went to some free men's cooking class many years ago put on under some rural funding program.

@Former-Member, I keep saying I'd love to do a cheese making class, but never get the time. Never seen a chocolate class advertised here, that would be awesome 😍😍

A couple of friends in different states have been to cheese making classes learning how to make fetta and Camembert @Janiee. I bought a kit to make ricotta, it was successful but would prefer to make a cheese I like to eat. Cheese making might be a class for @Adge and @Shaz51.

I've seen they had classes for soft and hard cheeses up here. Lol my hubby keeps saying he is going to buy me a cheese making kit, its become private joke between him, me and everyone at work now @Former-Member

Apparently hard cheeses are more difficult to make @Janiee and I would like the goods to.be edible.
