A little bit of relief for you @Angels333 with the flashbacks and unwanted memories reducing. It is certainly not ideal still having some but any break from them we can get is a good thing.
As for your study Hon - you have struggled before and not only made it through but done well so I have full confidence you will do it again ...little by little, plenty of breaks to refocus and balancing it out with plenty of self-care 👍💖

Hey @Molliex . Wonderful to hear from you ❤🧡💛💚💙💜 I'm working this afternoon and tomorrow so that will keep me distracted. I'm feeling a little better than last week. But I still have to walk though all the muck with my psychologist on Monday. If he strongly suggests I make a formal report on my brother I will go with that advice as I trust him. It's causing so much anxiety.
Apart from that I am just so grateful to Mr Angels and his care for me. Together we managed to break the cycle of violence and for that I feel good (despite the cptsd)
How are you Molls, are you keeping up appearances or are you actually feeling better? 🥰hugs to you my friend🥰

You and Mr Angels have so much to be proud of @Angels333. I'm so glad you've got a partner who is there for you. He obviously cares about you so very much.
I can understand your anxiety. It's good you trust your psych enough to take their advice. Hopefully you feel better once you talk things through.
I'm mostly OK, but feeling a bit fragile this week. I'm tired, so very tired. My anxiety has been quite bad over the last week, and the depression has tried to get the claws in. I thought about SH today for the first time in ages. I won't, but the thought was there. Maybe I'm finally grieving my losses? I'll have a lot to talk about with my new psychologist next week.
Sorry @Angels333, didn't mean to just offload on your thread. I guess it's been bottled.
Sending you so much ❤️💚💜💙

So I tried to sort out my work placement for Tafe this morning and I had problems with my login and email with the work placement company. I can't do all the onboarding stuff now until Friday.
I was so frustrated and now I feel incompetent again like I have too many of my own MH issues to make an attempt at working in Mental Health. How can I be any good to somebody else. I worry people who don't even know me can know my history and diagnosis etc. It's a paranoid thought I know but it's interrupting all the same.
I'm also still very upset about my brother. I see my psychologist finally on Monday, I really am hanging out for that.
And I also have an online funeral tomorrow for a friend. He had a long illness but it was still a shock. I went for a walk this morning and delivered a card to his wife and said a prayer.
I'm working again this afternoon until late.
I am actually not too anxious as I like this shift. It's not my line either it's another colleagues' shift I'm just covering as she's on holidays.
Sorry for the long post, I hope you're all okay and if not please take care and connect with SANE.
XOXO ANGELS333

You know what I believe Angels, I believe it will make you a better MH worker because you understand what it is like, you know how much courage it takes for someone to seek help and you also know what it's like to not being able to actually do the things you need to so you can better. People that haven't experienced MH issues can't understand not saying they don't want to but it's almost impossible if you ask me. Just my opinion. Sending you huge hugs my friend @Angels333

Thanks @Former-Member I just worry my mental health will get in the way of the job. I hope not but it's an unpredictable thing MI. But your encouragement really helps ❤🧡💛💚💙💜
