@Angels333 huge step talking to Mr Angels. Well done you! I hope you are proud 🙂
Painting sounds like a good outlet right now. What kind of painting do you do? Sorry if you have mentioned it before, i don't remember.
I was thinking of picking up cross stitch again, i haven't done any since i was at high school. I had a telehealth appointment with my psychatrist today. It was resonably positive - he wanted to consider increasing one of my meds, but we agreed to review again next appointment. I feel things are so out of the ordinary right now, that it's a little hard to judge.
Sending hugs x

How are you tonight @Angels333,
I wish I had the talent to paint. I love all things creative but sadly I am very creatively challenged 😂 Does not stop for from trying though. I am currently making poppies for Anzac Day and they look kinda sad, but they will do. Can't wait to you your painting.
I am happy that you where able to start opening up with Mr Angels, that had to be challenging to start, but such a great step forward.

Hey @Lee82
I understand how hard the SH struggle is. I am sorry you are struggling with it. I have BPD and problem behaviors SH are a big part of my MI. I have other diagnosis like PTSD, MDD and Generalised Anxiety disorder. When I am at my lowest I have found the sane online support helpful, I use all the helplines a lot. But one thing I don't do is talk to Mr Angels about it in a crisis so it was a good thing to speak with him on Tuesday.
What supports do you have @Lee82 ?
I'm here for you if you need it
❤🧡💛💚💙💜

Hey @Molliex
Yes painting is a thing for me. I did a bachelor of Visual Arts in the late 90's. My avatar is one of my artworks. I mostly do abstract artwork using Geographical shapes. I can do portraiture fairly well but I'm a terrible landscape artist.
Cross stitch sounds like a good idea. I went through a cross stitch craze where I made bookmarks and birthday/Christmas cards with little cross stitch designs. I've never done a large work but do think it would be good for you Molls xx
Good to hear your psych appointment went well see how you go with the meds then and if it needs to be increased. Don't bear the symptoms too much to avoid an increase, if you need it then so be it love xx
How's your little D? Inside all the time ? ❤🧡💛💚💙💜

Hey @Former-Member
Sorry I didn't get straight back to you yesterday, I read my notifications everyday but yesterday something stressful went on and I didn't reply to anyone.
Anyway, I believe everyone is creative in different ways, cooking, gardening, hair styles you name it!
How are you making your Poppies? I'm very interested... Are you going to your driveway on Saturday at 6am for a minute silence?
Such a good thing you're doing. ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Hey @TAB
You must have missed my earlier reply. You have been such a good friend supporting me over time ❤🧡💛💚💙💜
Mr Angels and I were both on Newstart for a number of years back in the 90's.
I am almost embarrassed to say that we need help but Mr Angels earns just past the cut off 70k but supporting 5 people and a mortgage it doesn't go far. We've had to apply for my Super and we applied for support from the bank but the bank will always put profits first . The Super will mean we can put food on the table etc.
The house is nothing flash not in a flashy suburb but very working class.
I just don't know when I'll get back to work, dark times 😞😞

It's okay @TAB I know you're a good friend.... at least claiming Super will mean we can still afford food internet/phone's and of course something to drink after 5pm, coz l' l'll be honest I need it!
I'll claim the super twice that'll be almost all that I have in the fund....
How are you today?
