Hi everyone who is following along.
I'm on a meds detox which seems to be working. Except I have just started smoking again after 25 years! I need to stop it before it gets worse....
Feeling really tired etc but I managed to do a TAFE assignment today....
Groups start tomorrow and I'm not looking forward to it..

Went downhill today using self harm
I am undergoing a detox schedule of meds and a known drug to stop cravings.
I am determined to not drink when I get out so that my meds will actually work.
After the self harm I am feeling suicidal, but I told the nurse..
NO TAFE today too overwhelmed
