It is what you described @Angels333 - a bump in the road Hon. Tomorrow is a new day - we pick ourselves up and start again. If you worry about the rest of your life and if anything will be with you forever then you are deeating yourself before it happens. Every day, every week, every month - you get stronger and you avoid SH more - today is that bump in the road but it does not mean it will be with you forever - just you have to focus more on the good things and find alternative strategies to cope. That will not happen overnight though Angels but I have confidence in you ![]()

Hi @Angels333
Sorry for my absence. I've taken a break from online life.
Nothing to be ashamed of. This doesn't define you. One step back, two steps forward my friend.
Sending hugs 💜💜

@Zoe7 Thanks for your encouragement. I feel so tired about dealing with it all. I am not honest with Mr Angels and that's what hurts the most. But I can only hope today is better. Thanks again @Zoe7
Hey @Molliex eventide I hear from you I am grateful, I know you were taking a break, that's good for you sending you a big hug through the internet ...

@Angels333 Dealing with our MH can be very tiring Hon and throw in you SH and that adds another layer - but you are doing it ...and more than doing it - you are working, doing your TAFE course and keeping everything else going at the same time. Some days just suck - and we deal with them as you continue to do.Those slip ups happen - not ideal but you move through them - that takes strength so do not underestimate just how well you are doing - do not let those 'bad' days define your life because no matter whether we are dealing with MH, SH or not - everyone has 'bad' days - allow them to ass as they do and focus on the next day. ![]()

Thanks @MDT and Wow! @Zoe7 you always respond with so much clarity, you're right, I shouldn't let it define me. I do have my course and that brings hope. I am tired of my MI all the past traumas that I just dream I could be someone else for awhile, then I wouldn't have Mr Angels or my 3 adult kids... I wouldn't have you and so many others on the forum. I think stopping DBT has left a hole and I'm struggling with what to fill it with... journalling I don't know...
I hope your day is kind to you @Zoe7
❤🧡💛💚💙💜
