@Faith-and-Hope

This is what I'm fearing all over again.
We are moving soon. Family financial.involve. But I'm protected. I'm feeling perplexed. How to deal with all this?
I've said in moments I will leave.
It worries me.

Re: Self Harm

Are you seeing a counsellor @Former-Member ?

There are ways to step back progressively, which is safer in terms of fallout, but it would be better to have support from someone skilled in this sort of issue.

There are also books you can read,Iike Should I Stay Or Should I Go ? that can help you work out what you want to do and how to deal.

I only found out about this stuff afterwards - had no idea it existed.

Re: Self Harm

Thanks for the encouragement @Molliex , It's lovely to hear from you. I do feel under the pump this year, particularly with TAFE and the state the house is in. I have a huge pile of stuff out the back going for a council clean up on the 22nd. But I do dare to say that I'll have finished the cleaning as of this week.

It feels so much better to not have this clutter around.

As for time alone, alas it's hard to find but I am seeing my psychologist on Monday and I usually go to a Cafe after to unwind, so I think I'll get lunch out on Monday by myself...

I really hope you're going well my friend

How's your family, your beautiful daughter are they well?

Re: Self Harm

I bet you will feel much better when the cleaning is done. I find that a messy environment is stressful.

Taking some time out for yourself on Monday sounds like a good plan. Among these stressful, busy times, it's even more important to make sure you look after yourself @Angels333

My daughter is great, thank you for asking. She is very excited about Christmas this year. We had a nice time last week decorating the tree together 🙂

I am doing ok. My job is in a sector which has been impacted badly by COVID, and our employment situation for next year is looking a bit shaky. I am trying not to worry about it though, because i really can't do much about it.

Sorry for not being around much. I am limiting online time at the moment, partly for health reasons, but also i am just busy. I am always around if you tag me x

Take care my friend. I believe in you and your strength to get through the tough times ❤️

How lovely decorating the tree @Molliex

What a lovely image that is ❤🧡💛💚💙💜

I hope the economy picks up for you so you can have some good business. It's a hard time with financial worries for so many people...

I just wanted to say, have an awesome day.

Re: Self Harm

Thank you @Faith-and-Hope

I have referral. Will call them. I forgot I did it. And book. Yes. Ok. Thank you. It's getting constrictive. But I don't believe the BS. What's worse we are moving out together. Like you, I work hard

but I'm worried.

the over checking.

Re: Self Harm

I'm feeling so much anxiety this afternoon. I feel like I 'll never finish my TAFE course, I fail so often. So depressed...
