My ISP is having an outage

I hope my internet will be back on in the morning....I called the ISP and they said 1 hr wait time so I let it go

Good luck with it @jamesle2015. We're so used to unplugging our modem and router for 30 seconds then plugging it back in now, it seems to sort most of the times it drops out. Have you used mobile data and checked for any status updates for your area online? Most ISPs will have a network page that shows where there are issues even if the home internet is out.

It was working when I got home yesterday....

Do you get a lot of connection problems?

My connection is usually good
