Hi @Former-Member , the balance between care for others and self-care can sometimes be delicate. As you have also commented, the effects of the virus and responses and reactions, from outside our sphere of influence, as well as the decisions that have to be made individually, has put extra pressure on a lot of people. Considerations about available funds has been another factor.

@TABYou have referred to the distribution of funds and how much gets soaked up in the distribution of those funds. Stay cool man!!

@Shaz51I notice that you are very much a contact point for many people which contributes an element of stability for many people here on the forum. I believe that the sense of stability and anchor point is very important for many, during the changes that nearly everyone has experienced during the last eighteen months, nearly two years.

Hi @Dimity , It is an understatement to say that it is not easy to live on our own during these times, when lots of things seem to be changing around us, sometimes leaving us with feelings of uncertainty and little chance to hang on to something stable. At times when we often think that it would do us good to go out, sometimes it feels very difficult and even raises the internal question about "what is the point in doing so?" Thankfully, that question reminded me of an errand that I have to do this evening, which will get me out, in spite of the sense of inertia.

@StuF, great that you did go for a walk today. I can understand the fear of getting too much sun at any given time. I like @Dimity's suggestion of going early or later in the day, When it is also more pleasant and less chance of sun-burn.

I just bought Speakers for Computer - It doesn't have it's own internal Speakers (no Sound output).

So now I have the Best Audio/ Sound Output (from Computer) Ever - I can Blast the Neighbours back.

No I won't do that - Even though they do it to me Very Often (frequently).

Best Sound Output I ever had @TAB Virtually no Sound Output from Computer before.

It took me quite a while to work out how to connect them.

I use music Videos for motivational & Mood Boost.

So now I can actually hear the Songs...
