Hey @TAB . I feel very vulnerable and scared today. Just gotta learn about my situation better I suppose. I have been smart and not done anything to anyone. But I'm just coping with my emotions and can only get angry to deal with the situation. I'll need to take a hit I feel. Like with what I'm dealing, I can only think, be a man and take a punch. I have to talk to the psychs about this. Sorry for typing this and putting it out there. But I feel bad about my situation. Didn't expect this is what I'd wake up to. But typing this, out of my head, helps me I suppose. I haven't got anything planned but tomorrow I'm looking forward to a bike ride with my friend. And focusing on finding a job to keep me occupied. How's your arm @TAB ??

anger can be useful so long as doesnt involve others or get you in trouble @Former-Member no , I dont recommend hitting walls. very silly thing to do. still paying for it, if had any clue wouldnt have done it. totally stupid thing to do.

Bike ride sounds a good idea . I did longest one in years, ok a couple blocks really ha ha, first sort of ride with this new bike. nothing fits. Might take to bike shop and see what can be done, need bars higher atm, guess other things will adjust over time as get used to riding again.

I've punched a wall once too @TAB my Mum fixed it and it was a lesson learnt @TAB . Good on you for getting that bike helmet I presume, can well done for riding it. Bike shops are good for servicing and buying but the maintenance and upkeep probably should be done yourself. Unless you don't have a screwdriver or Alan key then maybe bike shop would fix it. Is it new @TAB , the bike?

yes, got the helmet @Former-Member thanks. yeah just want a baseline for brakes and gears and set up re size guess. I have heaps of tools. Guy at bike shop knows way more than I do though, so will let him have a look at it once then do fine tuning myself
