Good evening guys. I hope all had a good day. I have spent the day lounging in bed and watching Jess O'Garr videos on YouTube (clinical psychologist). Been watching her schema therapy series. It's really interesting stuff.

very relaxed day here, nothing good or bad, just comfy mostly though @Oaktree nice to meet you

Yeah nice @Shaz51 big day out driving was it? Was nice weather here today, would've been a good day for it.

Didn't do anything at all here, spent the day in bed. Opened the curtains this time though and enjoyed the sun shining into my room. My son is here tonight, that helped lift my spirits.
