Not too bad. Had a bit of work lined up that I can't do now because of some internet server glitch, so I guess I'm just going to spend the afternoon chilling out.

I'm just doing some research for a piece I want to write for a contest, so I can't stick around. I'm really happy to see the Saturday Soiree continuing and taking on a life of it's own. I have been doing my normal routine today, its been quiet but have had a productive day getting washing out of the way and everything else that needs doing.

Have been listening to a funk band this morning is inspired by Fela Kuti. They are from Melbourne.

I just cooked lunch an hour or so ago - had some savoury mince and just grabbing a "nanna nap" awhile back.

I'm still ploughing through a book I'm reading on St Germain and using his meditation technique called the violet flame for transmutation and purification. It lets go of all kinds of heaviness including trauma.

I'm planning on going to a free online event yoga studio session next week. Its a pretty rad studio out of the USA. I have never seen anything like it but now studios like this are popping up everywhere because people are turning to methods and techniques to manage during covid

Nothing more is new. My mental health is good and am coasting along well so far touchwood. It would be nice if all days were this easy.

I bought a black jacket off Autograph via Afterpay. I can pay it off fortnightly. It will go over a dress I have with some boots. I'm looking forward to getting it in the mail. I needed something warm to go with it to deflect the rain and cold. I hardly ever buy clothes so I just had this dress just sitting there and it will maximise the use out of it
