I woke up feeling a bit off, but just went for a run and got my daily dose of endorphins so feeling a bit better. Currently up in the shed feeding the sparrows some biscuits. They always make me smile.

Edit: Have just read a little of your husband's difficulties at the moment, Shaz. Life can be too much some times. That's currently my state of things too. I hope he is making a recovery. Just not fair, is it? Thinking of you.

Looks like some yummy food. I'm having a quiet day today watching a series on utube . I have been awake since the early hours of this morning, so I'm starting to run out of steam for the day.
