Hi everyone. I didn't know there was a thing as a Saturday soirée. I'm only 11 hours late. Lol Didn't seem to get a chance today. Hope everyone had a good day. Been lovely and sunny here and not so cold today. Yayyy.

Live is really hard thought I had a great support team but just as I was opening up to one of them. They have turn nasty and claim my mental health issue are fine. Trust me they are along way from that.

I'm now been offmy meds for a few week's and thefog has lifted and don't feel sick anymore. Am use different methods to deal with any dark clouds and sometimes just let em come. Have a cry or picture good things and I get though it. I also have been having a few massages which seams to help.

The pain is real but so is my drive to survive.

Sorry I didn't get back late afternoon. Lovely to see the mutual support happening here. If anyone wants to chat this morning I'll be around for a bit. I found myself watching In My Blood it Runs yesterday afternoon and it was compelling for me. It's a doco about the life of a young aboriginal boy from one of the Alice Springs camps and also pretty focused on social justice and true history and learning in their own language. As I lived in the territory for 16 years before coming here (NSW) and also as a child then as a teenager, I feel strongly about these issues. I consider myself an ally, but rarely speak out about it all. I visited many communities over the years. Also spent several years in PNG as a child.

yes, throughout history some humans have done terrible things to other humans. No wonder we are all such emotional wrecks at times and so many of us are affected mentally. I like to think one day social injustice will be a thing of the past.
