Hey @Adge I really hope things pick up for you soon and that you get good results from your MRI and good advice from your neurologist. The last thing you need is more health challenges at the moment. Looking forward to seeing your picture posts again. Sending warm wishes.

Hi @Bunniekins always good to hear from you. I'm doing ok now after catching up on a lot of stuff the last couple of days, and being proactive about changing some things that might help me not regress too much. As of Monday I could even be bike riding a couple of times a week if things go to plan. Am going to increase my support hours and do more face to face with support workers after 4 months of mostly just telephone support for 2 hours a week. Even went to the beach with one in her car yesterday. Will see how I go getting out more. Probably going to have 2 hrs 4 x a week. Plus the new psychologist feels like a good match, listens to me well and asks good questions.

How are things going for you?

@Blep hope the change of routine with your little man works out well for both of you. That you are able to get some quality sleep as a result. It will make so much difference to how you feel I'm sure.

@Ant7 hope your work day was a good one.

I just watched a feel good romance movie on tv - rare for me. I usually watch nearly all crime shows. Also watched In My Blood it Runs last night which is a great doco providing real insight into the life of a young aboriginal boy from Alice Springs. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in aboriginal issues and social justice.

It's been a cold day here and the rain has arrived - forecast for at least a few days. Hope it doesn't stop us from bike riding on Monday. Having x-ray and ultrasound scans for my dodgy foot on Monday too. Hoping it doesn't show anything too serious.

today a team of us had a working bee and painted a building

including morning tea and lunch

we undercoated the whole building and then the top coat

sooo very tired now

wow, that is so awesome @Shaz51 what a nice thng to do, i hope the paint lasts a long time and brings you pride everytime you see the building

but i stopped to organise morning tea and Lunch

and a Friend came with a big pot a spaghetti for lunch
