Saturday Soiree - all welcome!!

I have to go to an appointment probably 9.15 - 11.30 ish. Long overdue podiatry ap't, with a support worker I've not seen since mid march. It will be great to see her again.

I'll definitely check back in here after I get back, but feel free to say hi and chat with each other anyway. It's an open thread, not mine as such.

Hey @Blep @MDT @Maggie Nice to see you and I hope you're having peaceful days.

My new podiatrist was very thorough and unbelievable is the first one to send me for imaging x-ray and ultrasound since and including first being diagnosed with neuroma 6 years ago. And depending on that there are 2 possible treatments that should relieve the sharp pain I've been getting in my left foot. Possibly bursitis from the distal part of the neuroma out my 3rd and 4th toes. Walking is very painful when it flares up. She also re-shaped one of my orthotics.

It was lovely to see my support worker face to face after so long. Went to the shops after the appointment. Really tricky at the IGA as it was busy and the aisles aren't even 1m wide. Very hard to maintain distance. If I have to go there again I think I'll wear a mask.

Settling in here and will be around for a while if anyone feels like a chat.

2. grocery shopping

3. Fruit and veg shopping

4 another load of washing

5. walk down the beach with hubby
