It's really nice to see you catching up with each other this morning. I've just been doing the first session of a 2 week online retreat called Woman Unleashed if anyone wants to check it out. (of course you won't know who I am due to anonymity here but some of you might get something out of it) It's free. There are lots of presenters doing sessions but I just pick the ones I'm most interested in. Some art, craft, writing, yoga, self-care - I got a lot out of it when I did it 3 years ago. @Fluttershy1 sorry today is so difficult for you. There are others on the forums who have alters too who you will find common ground with I think. I don't have personal experience of that but have had extreme dissociations at times so I get that part of it I think. Wouldn't it be nice to be able to trust our brains? @Shaz51 and @Former-Member wondering if you have any suggestions or supportive ideas for Candydipper1 or if you can tag others who might have similar experiences.

Happy Solstice everyone - today is the shortest day of the year and will be the longest night. Wishing I could have a campfire here to celebrate it, but I'm in the suburbs and we no longer have a fire pit as it got taken to bro and sil's farm. I could have gone up there for the weekend but wanted to be cozy and warm and get started on the retreat. So far I've chosen and decorated a journal for it, which is what the first session is about.
