@Blep I am well thanks. I spent some time in the garden today. Weeding, cuttings and a new plant went in. We had nice weather so it was a good day for it.

I had a massage, a few hours ago.

Necessary & helpful to relieve my back pain, & for relaxation.

Yet she pummelled my neck & shoulders hard & it hurt, not so much fun.

I'm largely out of food (meal) options.

So it's either "Drum something up" (not sure what) - or else go out to buy some more supplies (& pre-prep meals).

I don't feel like Baked Beans for Dinner.

I remember a Dietician (years ago) - suggesting Baked Beans as the "Solution" for most things.

LOL @Adge re the baked bean solution!! Great to hear you had a massage, tho' I don't think pummelling to the point where it hurts is really beneficial - it makes you tense up against the pain, so seems to defeat the purpose to me.

I've been next door with my sil's mum. Did some crochet together for a while then had an early dinner together. She's fabulous company and we don't get together often enough. Nice glass of white with dinner too. Marinated chop and yummy veg - all the colours. I do love corn on the cob.

Nice to see you found us @Scoo and @Isabelle . There's a post from me a couple of pages back that describes this thread - anything goes really (within guidelines of course).

Hi @eth , glad to hear you had a good afternoon. I have been prepping canvases for my painting pour day with my neighbour tomorrow, prep work takes so long I am having left over Red Rooster for dinner as I am too tired to bother with anything else.

Hi @eth Doing Crochet together with company, sounds good.

I learned to Crochet & Knit in Primary School - then forgot how to do it.

I got a bit more creative than just Baked Beans -

I cooked up dried lentils, added diced (pureed) tomato from tin, & tinned tuna.

Rather nice...
