Thanks @eth All peacefull today as it should be on this special day. enjoy the open fire , not able to do that in this back yard., Probem child came home with two good size fresh fish caught this afternoon. Fish , his best therapy by a long way. Catching them , well the conversation is still going, the bream baked and consumed long ago. positive results priceless. Cheers.

Hi all ! I know it's not Saturday but to be honest I have no idea what day it is really 😉

Im sorry I've been a bit of a hermit the last month just dealing with my chaotic head as I'm sure you can appreciate and understand. I just couldn't engage with much but hopefully now I've made an important decision hopefully things will improve.
The important decision was to stop all my medications except those that I need and stop seeing my psychiatrist as I feel she is playing games which I don't want to play really.

During this period of uncertainty and reflection of covid 19 I feel I need to clear my body from the toxic components, clear my soul and mind. To reset if you like ! The only way this can be done i feel .

hopefully onward and upward with a clearer head.

hope all my fellow Sane followers are well and keeping safe .

Hi @Snowie Hope you're ok today. What I do is go back to the 1st page of the previous week and copy and paste. And usually check the Introduce Yourself Here page for new people from the week - haven't done that yet this morning. I've not had much to offer anyone this week - am needing to step back a bit from the forums as I was putting in way too many hours online generally and getting disconnected from life outside my cabin.

Hoping people will run with the soiree today as I should be helping move the truck load of mulch delivered yesterday morning.

Trying to read all the posts I've been tagged in this week too.

I'll be here for a bit now and then just check in a couple of times later. Feel free to tag anyone I've missed.

@eth It is always a fine balance about how long to spend on here and when you need a break. It is good that you can identify that in yourself.

Hope everyone's Saturday is going well in lockdown!! Doing this today 😊

Hi again @Maggie @Snowie Well this is officially the quietest Saturday on this thread since it began. Hope today has gone smoothly for anyone reading this. Tonight my bro has organised an online (zoom) family reunion trivia night. Thing is we don't start til 8pm here coz some others are in different time zones. And that's round about when my meds start to kick in. Wonder how long I'll last and how well my brain will be working! I spent from 11-3.30 helping move the mulch mountain and distribute it - we are trying to improve the soil (well it's mostly sand if you dig down) by putting a load of mulch everywhere possible every few months. So I'm physically exhausted now but at least had a shower when we finished. Going to put my feet up and watch some telly for a while and hopefully have a nap between now and tea time.

Take care to all who see this. Not sure if I'll be back or not - depends on if I get a nap or not and for how long.
