Does Sade take you back to a particular era in your life? She does for me. I was house-sitting for my very wealthy aunt in her stunning house full of amazing art works, stained glass, Italian marble etc and I was pretending it was my house when I met new people!

Hi @eth I cannot think of a particular time in my life, relating to Sade.

However, I was in high school then.

Particular songs that I remember from then, seem to have emotional significance (& impact).

I just recently listened to I'm Still Standing (Elton John), for the first time in years.

That was one of my teenage theme songs, as I had a highly traumatic childhood.

Another one was I Want to Break Free (Queen).

@Adge both those songs resonate with me too, for a similar reason. I've recently seen both the Queen and Elton John movies and the soundtracks took me back to all sorts of moments as a teenager. I think I'm a few years older than you. Another of my theme songs is We've got to get out of this place!

@Shaz51 @Adge I'm heading off now for a few hours out with a support worker. Hoping to get clear on questions regarding my new NDIS plan due to start next week. That's my major challenge at the moment.
