@Appleblossom Ahhhh Apple I think the 'cray cray' (to quote @Dani1981 ) is starting to affect some of the formites here me included lol.

I have had a lovely day mostly with son2 and then had a 2 hour nap!!! while he went out with carer which was much needed.

@BunniekinsGlad you had family and rest time.

Nice to see everyone here. I've had a quiet day. Worked for a couple of hours. Then had a long appointment with the doctor to get a plan for my MH worker.
then just been at home with the kids. Going online occasionally. So I've missed a lot of messages.
I was prevented from asking people's ages on here. Ah well, I didn't realise we weren't supposed to ask.

you have been on my mind, but I haven't had the time to sit down and type properly. sometimes we have to be ok with who we are alone with so that we don't feel so lonely. But that is extremely tough I know from experience. I feel lonely a lot. I like my life, I have achieved what I wanted to. But I still am not happy when I'm by myself. If that makes sense?

@Dani1981 that is strange re age cause me and @TAB s talk about it all the time ..... I am 55 lol.

Hi @Dani1981 @Appleblossom @Bunniekins @Shaz51 @MDT @Adge @WriterMelb and anyone else about tonight. We are not truly alone as long as we have each other here - even if we don't connect in real time sometimes, we are still a strong community which I for one really appreciate.

Sorry I wasn't around much today. After spending the morning here I went and got on the exercise bike which is in the vegie garden now under the avo tree and passionfruit vine so a nice place to be. Then have had sore legs ever since! But it's good to have made a start at least to working on lung and heart health in particular. Then I went toes up for a while and watched an ep of Vera on the telly. And just when I was about to come back here the phone started ringing. Spent most of the rest of the afternoon talking with my adult child, a close friend, a group chat with the disability alliance women and after all that had dinner with the clan here - yummy mex beans, tacos and all the trimmin's.

Hope today has included some pleasure for all of you. I should be around for a while now if anyone wants to chat.

Waiting for one friend to call back but that might not be tonight. It was really good to hear her voice again coz she had to have stents put in her heart in Feb and then had a bad fall since then and only came home from hospital yesterday. I hadn't been able to reach her for a few weeks so I was really concerned. And then she had to care for her elderly parents tonight. Such a full-on situation.
