Im not too bad. Just finished doing a relaxation cd. I go to an OT thru the hospital every week or fortnight (varies) and part of that is to learn skills to try and control the anxiety. Well of course the idea is to practice those skills which i dont do. I got a pretty firm telling off ystrday not only by the OT but also by my pdoc via the ot for not practicing these skills. She made me promise that i wld at least do one of the exercises on the relaxation cd before i see her next so thats what i did! Need to keep it up otherwise il b in bigger trouble! Do u hav anything like that that u do to try and calm u? Do u hav a pdoc and OT as part of ur team? I dont know how it works in other states.

I struggle to read, my brain feels like scrambled eggs. Not long ago i used to be a high functioning person in a job that involved critical thing, problem solving, analytics, now my brain is fried. Very sad. Good that u hav things u can do to take ur mind of things. R u fairly stable and therefore dont need to see pdoc often?
