but no rain yet , I think the LOW is sucking aall the rain up to make a cyclone up here , we will soon see

we did 4 hours gardening at mum`s this morning

relaxing this afternoon

I had the 3rd class of my Trauma Yoga course, this morning (3 more weeks to go).

I've been very achy, stiff & sore (too stressed) - had a massage.

The massage therapist is extremely anxious & stressed (very uptight) - so that did not help me to relax (so much).

That's a shame about the massage therapist @Adge Sounds like they should have taken the day off. A bit unprofessional in my book. Glad to hear you're continuing with the trauma informed yoga class. Maybe some more gentle stretching at home or else a soaking bath would help.

Sounds too much like BDSM for my liking - anything like that scares the ...... out of me.

I would run a mile, in the opposite direction (away).....

Ooh Stretching & soaking in a Bath @eth That does sound very tempting....

Especially as I've virtually never soaked in a bath (before) - only when there was no hot water, so I could not have a shower.

It took about 20 jug of boiled water, to 1/4 fill the bath - then added cold for the rest.

I don't know about that @TAB I reckon that whether you're paying or not, a massage should definitely leave you feeling better. Calm and cared for. That's jus my opinion. When I was working if I was having a bad day I always rescheduled. Part of the reason why I always freelanced mobile rather than being locked into clinic hours.
