Good on you all re swimming and water tai chi. I used to live it but also got tired of changing and chlorine etc. Putting clothes on & off is a hassle with neck. I am looking for movement in my life, but mainly working with keeping active generally, in garden and short walks. Having to take blood pressure seriously so not just throwing myself willynilly into things.

Next week I wont be online much as doing an intensive music course across town.

Atm I have a gardener here trimming all my trellises. I am a bit like Sleeping Beauty ha ha ... surrounded by lovely brambles. Its nice and private but the jasmine has a way of getting out fo control ....

Hearing you about not wanting to wear a mask and being authentic.

I have been dancing in and out of this writing group for years. Disappointed but Trying to educate maybe ... tired of always having to travel a lot, and this is supposed to be "my local". Not wanting to withdraw totally. I ran into one lady waiting at the doctors and we had a lovely chat and she has pulled out, she is a lot older. Good Luck with yours.
