Saturday Soiree - all welcome!!

Hi and welcome to all the new people @Shaz51 has tagged. You do such a great job of staying on top of who's new Shaz. I'm grateful.

Nice to see everyone else here @MDT @Owlunar @saturnzoon @Bunniekins @Appleblossom @TAB @Sans911 not sure if I've missed anyone.

I've been catching up with a few friends and Mum by phone today and coloured another mandala while doing so. Shared my new writing piece with a couple of them and they both gave me really good feedback so now I'll be brave enough to get on the rostrum and share it with an audience on Tuesday.

We had another electrical storm here so I couldn't be online for quite a while. Great for the garden to get another soaking - that's twice this week. Just what it needs after such a long dry spell with water restrictions on town water and empty rain tanks. The tanks are nearly full now too.

Hope the evening is peaceful for all and fun for those with plans.

Welcome @Mrsjones ... we havent met before ... its lovely to see you here. I agree that it is very satisfying to tick off things from our 'to do' list. I've been doing some of that myself today ... in preparation for a trip away from Monday. Last thing for today was to go online and set up a Toll account for road tolls through the city. All done for the day for me. Now onto dinner preparation. Gotta go.

Disappeared again, sorry. Just had a call back from a close old friend and found out she's had 2 heart attacks in the last 2 weeks and is in a major city in hospital. Has already had 2 stents put in. She'd been on my mind this week and now I know why. Scary stuff. Bit of a shock to say the least.

Have fun shopping if you can tomorrow @Shaz51 - black friday sales still on so it might be a bit crowded.
