Yep now getting to early evening....yikes!!!!

just woke up from a nanna nap

Isn't it annoying @Shaz51 when you think I can sleep in in the morning, the alarm won't be going off and you wake up at the same time as always.........it is like...really!!!!!!!

Then the mornings when the alarm does go off you are in deep sleep and could stay like that for hours........................

Hi @Shaz51 @Scarecrowe @TAB @Owlunar @Everan @Adge and others who've been here today. Sorry I didn't get back. Had a phone interview with one of the potential new support workers that went pretty well - we talked for ages. Then was expecting another to call but she hasn't yet. Wanted to keep my head clear for that to happen but at this stage if she does call I'll postpone talking to her til tomorrow. Feeling tired and just need to have some do nothing time. All my time this week seems to have either been appointments and necessary chores or 'have to' organising, paperwork etc. Tai chi has been the saving grace usually but there was an incident with a nasty man at the centre on Friday afternoon. I was really alarmed when it happened and that always leaves me exhausted afterwards.

Thanks for the lovely food @Shaz51 especially the fruit salad. mmmmm
