I've got the Bird Books @TAB Plus Reptile & Mammal (mostly Marsupial) Books.

I can't show you pictures out of my books - so I do a cut & paste job (online), when I find a good picture.

Well my brain is going rusty from lack of practice @TAB

I have to brush up on (re-learn) stuff.

It was so much easier to remember details about plant types & growth conditions, when I worked in Retail Nursery.

That's because customers kept on asking me difficult questions - so I had to research stuff & learn as much as I could.

Now I look at a plant, & I go "I know what that plant is (or I used to know) - what's the name again"?

yeah its a cliche but if dont use it you lose it @Adge interest and constant reminders/use of knowledge helps to hang onto things

@Faith-and-Hope we have a local library, but they do not allow you to use it if you need a gopher to get around. Equal opportunity has been fighting the council over that for months and they are not getting very far, so I cannot get their help. There are several of us that all sent in complaints at the same time and they are putting them all together in one and trying to get somewhere

@Adge where I am in WA we have lots of different birds, including doves, seagulls, kookaburras, 28 parrots, galahs, honeyeaters etc all over
