Well that took some frustration and perseverence. I kept getting various messages that stopped my post from going thru'. Took over half an hour!! How ironic that the length of post limit stopped me from tagging everyone to welcome you all here. @Former-Member

Hi @eth , its not the Moderator rejecting these posts, its the actual IT Sane system saying about some HTML not being appropriate and asking you to make changes. You may need to bring up with Community manager on Monday.

Hopefully you are starting to find your way around here. You can use the search bar to find topics that interest you, and you can also tag specific people by using the @symbol followed by their name - you'll see a drop down box where you can click on the name you want. Sometimes you have to type the name slowly (with shorter names) for it to show in the box.

Hope you all find the forums a safe and supportive experience. It works for me!

Hi @traveller I also had messages telling me my initial post was more than 20000 characters long and that's why it wasn't accepted. That happened before the thing about the html's. That's why I split the post into two separate ones, and also deleted quite a bit of my welcome rave. It's done now. I just think it's a shame I can't tag as many people as I tried to. Will do it differently from now on. I just like to spread the word about the soiree to people who don't post much as well as all the regulars and new people.
