With my agoraphobia it inhibits me at times from going out very far, if at all.
Today I was brave and ventured out to the shops for necessary groceries.
It was not easy but i did it. Hope this continues - Bimby2

Congratulations! i'm proud of you. As someone who can't leave the house without the company of another person I really admire that. Even if it's just doing the shopping, it's a step forward. Feel good my friend because today you achieved something wonderful!
