A few things, going to see my specialist yesterday, a few things came up from there. Not in a good spot. But I need to be up early in the morning to take Milo to the vet for his surgery... @TAB

it should, yes @oceangirl re relaxing and helping to sleep even am just snacking, meant to go lie down hours ago am tired

I'm a bit tired heading back to sleep b4 I need to pick up Milo this afternoon.
I slept for 7 hours not bad for me

.. no, I'm not game to say that @oceangirl and may have been a trip to toilet somewhere during night, but was so out of it doesnt seem real. just lots of dreams
