I thought I would start a new discussion/thread for us to check in, and especially when needing extra support. I hope this helps 😃

@MDTYour welcome mate
Good luck with your applications and I hope the conference goes well this weekend. I have a staffy and french bulldog. Yes they are good company and lots of fun too. My staffy is a little girl Kira she is 12. And my French Bulldog he is 1 and still a puppy his birthday was 2nd January.
Its good that you're taking steps to take care of yourself re meds. I might go to the gym tomorrow too. It will have to be after my specialist appointment. I find boredom gets to me. I would like to be doing more. Something is holding me back.
@TAB Hi how are you feeling mate?

Hey @oceangirl I am spending my days doing some study (I brought everything with me including my laptop) and occasionally going to therapy groups. There is one I want to attend this afternoon on postive choice making. I lost my roommate today, she has been moved to another room, so I am on my own (I don't mind it means I don't need headphones all the time for music). I only get a few visitors here and there... my Mrs says she'll try to make it this week otherwise I won't see her until next week so it is kinda lonely. There is a lovely woman with an assistance dog here. They were out in the courtyard earlier when I went out and she allowed me to play with the dog. I must say it was the simplest of things, but it really has made my day!
We have diversional therapy here (which is arts and crafts) but it isn't on today unfortunately. The other day in DT we made clay pots.
