Hi all

I have been informed that we dont "grow old" but evolve..the road to recovery for me is long and full of evolving process which I have no ideal where it will lead...life is indeed a journey

I agree with this Matt. I like the idea that every day we get to grow and evolve in even the tiniest of ways through the most everyday of things (that can seem insignificant). Sometimes that happens from real challenge, sometimes it happens from noticing the small tiny steps forward.
