Anxiety and a headache

I hate having anxiety I feel my head hurting with this never ending pain and a never battle constant war in my head can anyone relate

Sorry no one had responded yet - thanks for reaching out here. Anxiety is so tough and can be so physical as well. Symptoms like a headache are wuite common. What do you find helps when that happens for you? Can you tell us a bit more about the kind of things that trigger anxiety for you perhaps?
