Not sure what to do !!!

Fairly relaxing day @Shaz51

This morning I went to a morning tea that a friend asked me to, walked home via the supermarket and shop where I get dog treats. This afternoon we picked up some hardware needed to make some garden beds and when we got home I cleaned the car. I cooked a chicken stir fry for tea.

ohh @Jacques ,mr shaz thought the visit to the dentist would be very bad

which ended up better than he thought

just a filling which costed $201 dollars

all good now I did the dishes and the washing

so mr shaz is ready for bed ready for tomorrow xoxo

i understand @Shaz51 i do the same, i the night before i go through everything that can go wrong, and it never ends up as bad as i thought it would

and then it is the after affect of anxiety when it is all over

yes, it takes a few hours to get the adrenaline out of your system, let alone the anxiety and getting your mind to slow down. mr shaz is so lucky to have you help him do that. im so so proud of him. he did so well. dentists are the worst for anxiety

today has been busy

got the jobs done and visited my mum for a second

sometimes I feel guilty when I rash in and out of mum`s daily

she makes surei give her a cuddle but i still feel guilty when i leave xxxxx

@Shaz51 Hey Shaz51 I feel guilty for not seeing my mum in a couple of months :o. I ring every day though but just cannot handle her atm dont know why ..... just need a break.xxx
