Totally destroyed the afternoon, I had visited mum after sleeping in

Then we went for a photograph drive which was lovely

Home for lunch then everything fell apart

Things have been coming up for me too. Sometimes we have to just let it happen... and maybe reassure the hurt little one inside us that it will pass. I'm glad you did some nice things today. I hope a cuppa or some distraction helps. I'm about to go for my walk. I see you've posted again - I'll read it before I go.
