What a week

Fighting with my aged care for the week

After 3 years do you really think my mum would be better now

I was put on hold , passed on to someone else

And finally today someone is going to come and make sure--- what !!!!

Going to take another month or so to get it fixed-- arrrggggg

Wow @Shaz51 how utterly frustrating! Some of these support systems are just ridiculous in their policies, I swear. Hope it gets sorted within the month and you don't have any further headaches from it!

Not sure @Jynx , but there will be some depending on how long it take from now until it is all fixed
