Mr Darcy has medical appts today, having a scan now and will see dietician after lunch. I am looking through a Woolies magazine while I am waiting, there are a couple of appealing recipes in it that I might try. Will accompany him to the dietician though as it helpful in relation to meal preparation.

Mr shaz gets his results Wednesday for hi biopsy on the sunspots ( has 3 different lots of sun cancers

I'm ok thanks for checking. Had an embarrassing moment when my boy who has no filter or boundaries at times decided to walk into my room whilst on a Skype call. I was on the toilet!!!!! He assured me neither him or his support worker saw anything but oh my goodness. Lesson learner to ALWAYS close the door.

Never a dull moment with him 😺

It's a lot to do let alone wait on the results. I do hope that they come back clear. As for Mr Shaz losing 5 I can totally relate, I need to too. Perhaps we can keep each other accountable? Are you a little stressed too?

My day has been pretty good thank you. No dramas and easy workload. My day tends to mirror my boys, something that I need to work on according to my therapist. Tomorrow I have a risk assessment here for my boys support worker to start coming. I'm a little stressed as my place is never pristine. Mum said they're not checking for that and whilst I know that is the case I will endeavour to tidy as best as I can. Chicken enchiladas for dinner and then rubbish on tv. What about you Shaz what's in the table for dinner?
