i totally understand what you mean by all the nuances. I think I miss a lot too but tend to go with the flow. I guess sometimes it's hard too without body language to understand some things. I think non verbal communication is meant to make up a big part of communication. Please feel free to jump in where ever and when ever you want.

Luckily it's about an hour forty away which isn't too bad. Not a big fan of night driving but I do it under sufference. And I'm lucky this is all planned out for me including the food. I just need to turn up really. I guess when you put it like that I should get my backside moving.

I've had a sort-of restful day @Former-Member ..... have had an ongoing battle with Metaolic Syndrome .... have overcome it re blood readings some time back .... but so hard to move visceral fat stores especially under emotional stress .... too much cortisol floating around my system .... 🙁
Still is releasing tho ..... but gives me "detox" headaches and a stiff neck plus cold symptoms for a day or so .... so that was why the "cold" I had a few days ago glanced off .... it wasn't a cold !! Today is "stiff-neck day" .... so after setting out to clean up my "burgled" bedroom I didn't get far .....
You guys have been the best distraction tho .... thanks a mil .... 😊💜🌷
My D3 is sick .... mega-dysmenorrhea day for her .... with a worse one due tomorrow ..... sigh .....
Just gotta keep going and see where we end up ....

..tell me about it re people and shops @Former-Member .. I walked out of coles yest, left shopping basket on floor, after 3 mins wait to get served I was past my use by date lol. Done that before, maybe 3 times, but not for ages
