That pub is probably worse off for your withdrawal. Never mind, you also have to listen to your feelings, not just the jukebox ... music and general listening can be quite uncanny....

I am sorry to hear that things aren’t great, but glad that you are floating when swimming gets too hard ..... staying afloat helps to keep us somewhat stabilised. There is a lot of that in my life circumstances too.
