I know the sun isn't past the yard arm yet but I need something really strong to try to ki-ll this back and hip pain. I'm off work so I can drink during the day as long as I don't drive.

An onlooker would have had a good laugh seeing me try to get out of bed this morning. In fact I thought I was well and truly stuck in a very weird position. I ended up having a good giggle. The sight must have been rather hysterically funny. It so helps to see the humour in these situations.

My next challenge is to drive to the shops for bread and milk. I'd normally walk but I fear that wouldn't be a possibility today.

Bit pricey, but what cost is physical pain ?

I get a crick in the back of one hip approx once a year for a few days .... I look pretty strange,icing like a praying mantis .... getting out of bed becomes an orchestration .... I can relate !!
