yes @Kurra it must be a big shock going from an old dog to a ball of energy, the farm next to me has just got some lambs and a calf. they are so full of energy

it has been good, mum took me out for breakfast, we only sat in the car, then i called my girllfriend and spent the afternoon chatting with her. it was nice. tonight im just relaxing with some music.
