I'm not sure what my solutions are but I do know sleep is such a big predictor of how I cope @TAB. Tired now though. I started sorting m life out today. I think after tomorrow I should actually have a home for all my stuff for the first time since I moved in 10 months ago. Will be nice to know where stuff is. Go much planned for this week?
