One thing I have done well is paid for piano lessons for my five offspring. It's paying dividends for me now, as S2 in particular takes to the pearly whites and belts out beautiful music every day. One cooks to deal with stress, another plays beautiful piano music, another has good strong massage fingers ..... !! and our "special needs " girl has made it her life's ambition to commandeer the dishwasher at the momen (with mixed, and at times quite melodramatic results).
There is joy amidst the adversity, it seems ........
What goes well with breakfast ? Coffee and a shot of whisky ?
And Billy Joel's "Piano Man" ?

Good idea @Kurra. I might pass on the Whisky too ...... a shot of Vanilla in the coffee will be Buck better for me I think, and more conducive to getting out for a morning walk ..... maybe ......
