The Beer Garden

The Beer Garden

i encourage you all to join me for some casual drinking, social lubrication and light laughter right here in the beer garden.

Oh and before anyone gets up in arms about alcohol and its dangers the main beer on tap is VB or virtual beer

beer is the third most commonly consumed drink in the world behind water and tea

why not share the worlds joy with friends

Re: The Beer Garden

I agree, you are very special @Shaz51 👍💕
You still give to others, despite what you've been through Shaz.

I feel exhausted now, thanks for asking. 😊
Went to one of the local big shopping centres, had lunch and shopped.
Bought shoes for my girl, nothing else.

Time to rest.

Re: The Beer Garden

Hi @Former-Member I was sad when I read that you sometimes thought you were talking to yourself on the forum .. its a weird way to get to know people .. (well its my first online forum experience anyway) .. posting on these different threads .. not knowing what has been heard, noticed or not ..

i really like the way you mentioned you had an adventurous side, but sometimes cant find it. I was so upset that I could no longer live in an adventurous way when my neck issues became permanent. I was so boring and upset with being boring but that was that .. spirit willing .. body weak .. kinda thing.

Shopping can be so exhausting its one of the last things on my list .. just the grocery shopping.

Glad you found some stuff tho .. Did your girls go with you .. are they easy to shop with?

Good Luck with scope @Kurra

It sounds vile @Appleblossom! Anything to get home asap. I loathe hospitals. All those psych wards. I would run straight out of here if I wasn't attached to so many machines

Okay @Shaz51

I will start the thread and see if I can copy and paste our major replied and tag a few people

This is a good time of year to air our depression - otherwise Christmas can develop an odour like the cat or a patina like the silver wear

Re: The Beer Garden

Hi @Appleblossom I'm in bed before midnight, yay! I won't say much tonight, because I really need to try and get to sleep a bit earlier than the last couple of nights. Last night was 2am, because I had an awful confrontation with someone last night. I hate that sort of thing, but sometimes they can't be avoided. Anyway, I just wanted to thank you for your message.

Yes, I do find it a bit difficult on the forums at times, but other times I just join in and don't worry too much about everything. I think most of us feel the same. It seems that alot of us have the same thing in common, that is, being sensitive.

Yes, my daughter came with me shopping today. I only have one daughter. Don't worry that you didn't remember, that's ok. I don't always remember things on here. There are alot of people's stories to remember. I enjoy shopping with my daughter, we often go looking for bargains, clothes, shoes etc....... I find food shopping very stressful, to be honest. They keep moving things.

I long to have the energy to be adventurous. The dreaded depression is hard to live with. Sorry to hear that neck issues have stopped your adventures. I understand, it does get very boring, not being able to do the things we would like to.

Anyway, I was meant to keep this short, I am a bit of a chatterbox. Night night to you. Sleep well.

Hi @Former-Member Thanks for your message. We can chat another time. I really need to try and sleep now. Take care, sleep well. xoxo
