no worries well you did ask for steak? @Former-Member got put up in a motel years ago on a job, could order anything, felt guilty doing it, but on last nite, had surf and turf on special .. massive thick steak, better than any had before, with half a lobster on top, garlic sauce and poss prawns as well

ill have to try it. Ants are driving me crazy in this house. Would try talcum powder but all my trails are vertical. And thanks @Kurra for your suggestion too. I hope you are doing ok.
How has your day been @Former-Member. I'm ok, I've been keeping quite busy lately. When I finally get to it I will put an update on the moving forward thread as life this week has been ok but really busy as I try to function better in the real world a bit. I'm still very much up and down and round and round but not crazy out of control which is a bit of a relief.
